Meet our team

Nakhat has been a dedicated volunteer with the ACAA. She is optimistic and passionate about serving the Central Asian community. Originally from Tajikistan, Nakhat has actively attended events and has become an essential part of the ACAA team.

Raihanna, a junior at Montville Township High School in NJ, joined ACAA to proudly represent her Uzbek heritage and give a voice to her community. She started as a volunteer and then an intern, and now she helps coordinate our youth volunteer work. At school, Raihanna is an active member of the Speech & Debate team and cross-country team. In her free time, she enjoys playing guitar, reading, and hanging out with her friends!

Adam is an Enrolled Agent with a background in Public Accounting who manages our year-round financial operations.

Alexia currently lives in New York and was born in California. She is a law school student with a strong passion for public health. She enjoys spending time with her cat, Gumbo, and connecting with new people. At ACAA, Alexia supports organizational operations through community engagement, event coordination, partnership-building, and strategic planning to help strengthen the organization’s impact.

Madina, who currently lives in NY, was born and raised in Kazakhstan. She works in operational risk management at CIBC Bank USA. She enjoys dancing and doing yoga. She is passionate about helping people. At ACAA, she supports internal organizational operations, including secretary duties, marketing, and event management
